The Hotel Kandahar is a chalet style property with stone walls and wooden beams set in Val d'Isere centre and located 300 metres from Espace Killy ski area. The 41 guestrooms are decorated in soft red fabrics with wooden beams, polished parquet floors and decorative furnishings. Trains run from the airport's TGV station and serve many French destinations. The nearest railway station to the hotel is Bourg St Maurice 30 kilometres away. A taxi rank is located in front of Terminal 1, level 1. A taxi desk is also located on level 1 in the central hall.
Driving directions: From the airport, follow the signs for Chambery Albertville, Moutiers, Bourg St Maurice then Val d'sere. The hotel is on the main road in the centre of the resort.
