Location. The historic Steigenberger Drei Mohren hotel is on the Maximilianstrasse in the centre of Augsburg, Germany. The Thermal Baths are 15 kilometres away and the castles at Heidelberg and Sissy are within 25 kilometres. Augsburg railway station is 900 metres from the hotel.
Hotel Features. Dating back to 1724, the Steigenberger Drei Mohren hotel was originally a grand townhouse. Its famous guests included Casanova, Goethe, Mozart and Wagner. The drawing room boasts a huge painting of 'old Augsburg'.
The Steigenberger Drei Mohren hotel has three restaurants. French food and fine wines are served in Bistro 3M, with its leather banquettes and tiled floor. In the summer months, guests can dine on the terrace of Maximilian's Restaurant and Garden. It specialises in regional fare, seafood or Mediterranean dishes. Inside, dine by one of the restaurant's bay windows amid exotic plants and original paintings. Trio Bar Lounge serves drinks and snacks.

Turn left at Cinemaxx
