From Nuremberg Airport (NUE):
Distance to Senator Hotel is 8 kilometres, approximately 20 minutes' drive.
Getting there. The airport is connected with Nuremberg's central train station by the U2 underground line. The fare for a single ticket is 1.80 EUR, and journey time is around 12 minutes. Take the U2 in the direction of Roethenbach as far as Pl�rrer, then take tram number 4 or 6 in the direction of Gibitzenhof/Dokuzentrum as far as Landgrabenstrasse. Taxis from the airport to the hotel cost approximately 15 EUR. Prices are all subject to change.
Getting around. Nuremberg's extensive public transport system includes trams, buses, the S Bahn (suburban commuter trains), and the U Bahn (underground trains). A day ticket for travel on all modes of public transport costs 3.60 EUR. The Old Town is easy to explore on foot.
