The Koukouras Apartments consists of three typically Cretan buildings, 40 metres from the beach and eight kilometres from Chania. The 28 apartments, over three floors, have simple decor and furnishings. All offer balconies. Kitchenettes have cookware/dishes and refrigerators. Cribs are available on request.
Guests can relax in the air conditioned lobby and reception area which features a television, bar and breakfast room. There is also a games room with table tennis and darts, and Internet access is available in public areas for a charge. The outdoor pool has a poolside bar serving drinks and snacks, and there is a children's pool and a playground. Free parking is also available. The lively resort town of Platanias is three kilometres away, and the Archaeological Museum is eight kilometres away in Chania. Chania International Airport is 20 kilometres from the hotel, an approximate driving time of 30 minutes.
