Location. Carrygerry Country House is a 200 year old property located in County Clare, West Ireland. The hotel is within 10 kilometres of Dromoland and Bunratty Castles, and 16 kilometres from Limerick. Shannon International Airport is five kilometres away.
Hotel Features. Built in 1793, Carrygerry Country House is set among pretty gardens and overlooks the Shannon and Fergus estuary. The interior provides warm decor with antique furnishings and glowing fires. There is a bar and complimentary parking is provided.
Open daily, the restaurant offers a wide selection of modern dishes, including Pan fried Sirloin of Quin Beef served with Red Onion Marmalade, and Saffron Tagliatelle with Chive and Lime Cream Sauce. Expert Tip. The Cliffs of Moher stretch along the Irish coast for eight kilometres and rise up to 214 metres above the Atlantic Ocean. From here you can see the Aran Islands and Galway Bay. The cliffs are home to a huge colony of nesting seabirds.

Distance to Carrygerry Country House is 5 kilometres, approximately 10 minutes' drive.
Getting there. Taxis can be booked at the taxi desk at arrivals. Fares are around 15 20 EUR to the hotel. Prices are all subject to change. Carrygerry House is 15 kilometres from Ennis train station and 16 kilometres from Limerick train station.
Getting around. Regular buses run to numerous towns and villages in the Shannon region. Regular trains run from Limerick train station to Cork, Ennis, Dublin, and Rosslare Harbour. A hire car is useful for exploring surrounding countryside.
