Location. The Albergo Athenaeum is a contemporary purpose built seven floor hotel situated one kilometre from the historic centre of Sicily's principal city, Palermo. The Astronomical Observatory is 700 metres from the hotel and the Catacombe dei Cappucini (catacombs) are one kilometre away. Orleans Palazzo Real metro station is 200 metres from the hotel and Palermo Airport is 34 kilometres away, with an approximate driving time of 40 minutes.
Hotel Features. High speed wireless Internet is available in the air conditioned public areas. A complimentary continental buffet breakfast is served each morning and the hotel has its own lounge bar. Free parking is available in the garage.
The Albergo Athenaeum's Restaurant Orleans serves Sicilian specialities and international dishes in a contemporary setting.
