The Flatotel International is a modern apartment hotel situated next to the Torrequebrada Golf Course in the resort of Benalmadena on the Costa del Sol, 100 metres from the beach. This 11 floor property features 108 bright and modern apartments with classically Mediterranean decor featuring white walls, white tiled floors, and white furnishings with colourful splashes of yellow and blue. Apartments comprise one bathroom per bedroom, separate sitting and dining areas that open out onto private furnished balconies, and fully equipped fitted kitchens with refrigerators and freezers, coffe/tea makers, ovens, cookware and washing machines. All include satellite TV with pay movies, direct dial telephones, complimentary toiletries and safes.
Guests can head to the hotel garden to lounge on a sun bed by the pool and soak up the Spanish sunshine. After lunch in the air conditioned restaurant, guests can enjoy a cool drink at the poolside bar before heading down to the beach, 100 metres away. As well as a large buffet restaurant serving international and Mediterranean dishes, the hotel also offers a programme of evening entertainment and a twice weekly poolside barbeque in the summer. Health conscious guests will appreciate the weight machines and cardio equipment in the onsite gymnasium. The onsite games room features arcade machines, pool and billiards. Multilingual staff at the 24 hour front desk can arrange tour assistance, make bookings for local activities and advise guests on making the most of a trip to the area. The hotel is adjacent to the Torrequebrada Golf Club and the surrounding area is famous for its many golf courses; the hotel can arrange bookings for guests wishing to use the course. The nearby beach offers plenty of opportunities for sea swimming and a variety of water sports, including jet skiing, wind surfing, motor boating and parasailing. Practical amenities include free onsite parking, currency exchange and dry cleaning services. The town centre, with its shopping area, restaurants and Marina, is two kilometres away and the Tivoli theme park, cable car and aquarium can all be found within three kilometres.

Taxis are available outside the arrivals hall and a taxi to Benalmadena Costa costs approximately 23 EUR. There are also airport shuttle vans and tourist buses to the resorts. The hotel can arrange a minibus transfer service for a fee. The hotel is 50 metres from the nearest bus stop. The city centre and beach are easily reached on foot. A hire car is recommended to explore the surrounding areas.
Driving directions: From the airport, take the N 340 motorway towards Torremolinos and Benalmadena, following the signs towards Benalmadena Costa city centre. Look for the Torrequebrada Casino, the hotel is 500 metres past it.
