The Hotel D'Or is a modern property comprising four whitewashed two story blocks arranged around central pool and gardens; the hotel is 500 meters from four beaches, 200 meters from the marina and 100 meters from the pedestrian center with its shops and restaurants. All 50 air conditioned guestrooms have soft blue and honey color furnishings with light yellow walls and tiled floors. Balconies or terraces are a feature of all rooms and have either a view of the swimming pool, the surrounding landscape or the hotel's garden.
Guests can start the day with a full English, continental or hot and cold breakfast buffet each morning in the hotel breakfast room, before retiring around the swimming pool. A range of light meals and snack are also available from the poolside bar. Guests of the Hotel D'Or can enjoy the weekly program of Flamenco dancing and live music shows, open air barbeques, and entertainment around the small hotel gardens. Those keen to explore can find several local attractions in the surrounding area such as the Mondrago Natural Park (4 kilometers) and San Salvador Monastery (10 kilometers). Those keen on golf can also find the Vall D'Or golf course just a few kilometers away. The hotel is approximately 50 kilometers or a 45 minute drive, from Palma de Mallorca Airport.

Taxis leave from outside Door D on the Arrivals floor. Bus no. 17 leaves the airport every 20 minutes running to Paseo Mallorca in central Palma de Mallorca. There is a bus stop in front of the multi storey car park, outside Door D of the Arrivals floor, and there is a bus stop outside the Check in floor.
From Mallorca Airport take the motorway in the direction of Santany. Follow signs to Lluchmajor, then follow signs for Campos Santany Calonge. Turn right in the direction of Calla D'Or. Upon arrival in Calla D'Or turn right at the second roundabout and then turn left and continue to the next roundabout where you will arrive at the Hotel D'Or.
