The modern Apartmentos Balear Beach is located in Palma Nova on the golden sandy beach of Son Matias, 17 kilometres from the island's capital, Palma de Mallorca. The 16 apartments have simple light decor with wooden furnishings and balconies with sea views. All are complete with fitted kitchens, private bathrooms and safes, and a weekly housekeeping service is provided.
Guests make use of complimentary bus pick up service to and from the airport or complimentary parking, if arriving by car. Multilingual staff can provide sightseeing information and tour assistance, and offer a currency exchange service. Guests can explore the island by bicycles, scooters or horseback, and keep fit in the sun with water sports at the beach, such as jet skiing, scuba diving and snorkeling. Less strenuous activities such as golf and fishing can also be found nearby, while those seeking the ultimate adrenaline rush can go skydiving. The best way to get around the island is by hiring a car. Aside from the beach directly in front of the hotel, there are many attractions in the area, such as Santa Ponsa town centre and Puerto Portals, both three kilometres away. Palma de Mallorca Airport is 21 kilometres away.

Taxis leave from outside Door D on the Arrivals floor. Bus no. 17 leaves the airport every 20 minutes running to Paseo Mallorca in central Palma de Mallorca. There is a bus stop in front of the multi storey car park, outside Door D of the Arrivals floor, and there is a bus stop outside the Check in floor.
