The Grupotel Nilo is a modern complex set in landscaped gardens 200 metres from a sandy beach in the town of Paguera on the island of Mallorca. The 117 guestrooms are spread over four floors and have modern decor in light colours with dark wood furnishings and carpeted floors. All guestrooms include satellite television, direct dial phones, climate control, minibars, safes, and bathrooms with hair dryers.
Guests can swim in one of two outdoor pools, which are surrounded by palm trees, while children splash in the kids' pool or enjoy the playground. The hotel also has an indoor pool and guests can enjoy the use of a fully equipped gym, a jetted tub, a sauna and a Turkish bath. Massage is also available. Nightly entertainment is on offer and guests can play table tennis or billiards. The Nilo Restaurant serves international and local dishes and features show cooking. The Nilo Bar specialises in cocktails while the Poolside Bar serves snacks and drinks on a terrace by the pool. There is a conference room, which can accommodate up to 50 people, and guests can surf the Internet for a surcharge. The Aqualand Water Park is five kilometres from the hotel and Andratx Golf Course is seven kilometres away. Palma de Mallorca Airport is 35 kilometres from the hotel, an approximate driving time of 40 minutes.

Taxis leave from outside Door D on the Arrivals floor and the fare to the hotel is typically 50 EUR. Bus no.17 leaves the airport every 20 minutes running to Paseo Mallorca in central Palma de Mallorca. There is a bus stop in front of the multi storey car park, outside Door D of the Arrivals floor, and there is a bus stop outside the Check in floor.
