The Jardin Dorado resort is composed of modern, whitewashed bungalows set among lush gardens, two kilometers from the local sandy beaches. Featuring simple white walls, the 114 air conditioned bungalows are set in a circle around the swimming pool. All have private gardens and terraces with views of the hotel gardens or golf course, kitchens with ovens and electric coffee makers and separate sitting areas with cable television and telephones.
Guests can spend the day lounging on the sun terraces by the large outdoor swimming pool with a cocktail from the poolside bar. The adjoining Maspalomas golf course has both miniature golf and driving ranges. Alternatively, guests can take a dip in the outdoor jetted tub or use the fitness center with its fully equipped gym and heated indoor swimming pool. Children aren't forgotten in this resort and have their own swimming pool and supervised play area. In the evening, a selection of international and local dishes are served buffet style in the spacious, air conditioned restaurant overlooking the pool; the poolside bar offers up pizzas, hamburgers and salads. A resort supermarket, gift shop, Internet corner (fee) are all conveniently located onsite. Drivers will find complimentary parking facilities. At the beach, water sports including windsurfing and jet skiing are available, while a leisure center with bowling alley is two kilometers away. The nearest airport is Gran Canaria, 20 kilometers away.
