The Hotel Cala Fornells is a family run resort hotel with its own tranquil private beach. Surrounded by mountains and offering views over the Mediterranean, it is situated 1.5 kilometres from Paguera town centre, and within 15 kilometres of three golf courses. The 90 air conditioned guestrooms are decorated in a traditional Mallorcan style, with antique style furniture and wood floors. All extend to balconies and include minibars, satellite television, wireless Internet, safes, and complimentary newspapers.

The hotel has a private beach with complimentary sun beds, beach towels and parasols. There is also a heated indoor swimming pool, and a seasonal outdoor pool with poolside bar and a sun terrace overlooking the Mediterranean. Guests can relax in the sauna or spa tub, enjoy a massage in the treatment room or, for those with more energy, make use of the hotel fitness centre. For the younger guests there is a games room and a children's pool, and supervised childcare activities are available. The hotel also caters for groups of guests, providing banqueting facilities and a multi purpose conference room with Wi Fi technology and seating for up to 40 people. Guests can dine at the Restaurant Cala Fornells which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, or travel 1.5 kilometres to Paguera town centre to visit the restaurants and bars there. There are several golf courses in the area, including Golf Andraxt two kilometres away, Golf Santa Ponsa five kilometres away and Golf Bendinat 15 kilometres away, and some of the local courses offer discounts to hotel guests. The area also has coastal paths and mountain tracks that can be explored on foot or by hiring bicycles. The nearest bus stop is 100 metres away, while Palma Airport is 35 kilometres from the hotel, approximately 30 minutes by car.

Taxis are available from the airport terminal and buses towards Paguera depart regularly throughout the day. Tickets can be purchased on the bus, which can be found outside the terminal beside the multi storey car park. From the airport take the highway in the direction of Palma until Via de Cintura. Take the exit to Andratx and continue almost to the end of this road. Arrive at Paguera and take exit 3 to Paguera Cala Fornells. Continue until Hotel Cala Fornells.
