The Hotel Promenade is a modern, seven storey property situated on the beach in the small resort of Pineda de Mar, 50 kilometres from Medes Island and 54 kilometres from Barcelona city centre. The 172 guestrooms are decorated in light, natural shades with tiled floors and functional furnishings. All open onto balconies and are equipped with cable television, telephones and minibars. The Half Board rate includes buffet breakfast and dinner.

The Promenade restaurant offers an extensive buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner, served in light, modern surroundings. Guests can work up a sweat at the gym or take it easy in the sauna, hot tub and swimming pool. Children can join in the fun at the kids' club and play in their own pool. Drinks are served at the Terrace Bar, and the hotel offers a full entertainment programme, with live shows and dancing several times a week. Further amenities include a billiards table, a 24 hour front desk with multilingual staff and a currency exchange service. Parking is available on site (surcharge). Guests can lounge on the beach opposite the hotel, enjoy traditional Spanish shows at the medieval castle, ten kilometres away, or visit Montserrat, 50 kilometres from the hotel. Barcelona city centre is 54 kilometres away, and Barcelona Airport is 60 kilometres away, with an approximate driving time of one hour.

Driving Directions

The airport train station is a short walk from the terminals, via a covered walkway. From here, trains run to Pineda de Mar station, opposite the hotel (2.30 EUR per person). Alternatively a taxi direct to the hotel will cost approximately 110 EUR.
Driving directions: From the airport, follow signs to Girona along the C32. After approximately 45 minutes, exit towards Calella, Pineda and Malgrat. Follow signs for Pineda; the hotel is located next to the station.
