Opened in early 2006, the Palladium Palace is a modern resort surrounded by lush gardens and is sited adjacent to the beach, six kilometres from Ibiza Town. The 420 guestrooms over two floors have light, contemporary decor, functional furnishings and balconies. All are equipped with satellite television, direct dial phones and refrigerators. Other amenities include climate control, ceiling fans safes and bathrooms with showers, jetted tubs and bidets.

The hotel offers a variety of sporting and leisure activities, including eight tennis courts, a miniature golf course, archery and a gymnasium. The hotel's two restaurants both feature Mediterranean decor and offer either a la carte or buffet dining. Guests can relax with drinks in the hotel's three bars, including one by the outdoor pool and one set on the beach. Younger guests will be kept busy by the kids' pool, playground and daily supervised children's' activities, and babysitting services are also available. Those wanting to check their e mail or plan sightseeing itineraries can do so via public Internet access (surcharge). Other practical amenities include a safe deposit box, laundry facilities and currency exchange. Motorists will find complimentary parking facilities on site. The Archaeological Museum of Eivissa and Formentera is three kilometres from the hotel, and the fortified village of Puig de Missa is 15 kilometres away. Ibiza Airport is four kilometres from the hotel, with an approximate driving time of 10 minutes.

Taxis are available from next to the terminal and the fare to the hotel is typically 10 EUR. A bus service also runs hourly to Ibiza town (1 EUR). The best ways to get around Ibiza are on foot or by taxi. A car is recommended for exploring the less touristy parts of the island. Mopeds can be hired in most resorts. There are also regular ferry crossings from Ibiza to Formentera.
