The Apartamentos Eldorado is a modern resort complex situated within 150 metres of the ocean and the longest beach in Puerto del Carmen. The complex's 81 apartments and bungalows include kitchens, living rooms and bedrooms and feature simple, pastel decor with wood furnishings. All either open onto balconies or offer direct garden access and are equipped with satellite television, safes. coffee/tea makers, refrigerators, cookware and bathrooms with shower/tub combination. Air conditioning and heating are available for a fee.
The complex's two outdoor pools, one of which is heated, are open all year round and are surrounded by terraces equipped with sun beds and parasols. Guests can also relax in the jetted tub or top up their tans in the solarium. A separate pool and a play area are provided for children. Those wishing to explore the area can hire scooters and bicycles on site. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily, Restaurante Eldorado serves pizzas and international dishes, while the poolside garden bar offers refreshments, cocktails, snacks and pizzas. Conferences and seminars can be held at the complex and audio visual equipment is available upon request. Multilingual staff at the 24 hour front desk can assist with transport bookings, exchange currency and recommend sights and attractions in the area. The city of Puerto del Arrecife is 18 kilometres away. The area's scenic rural areas include Monta�as del Fuego, 25 kilometres away, and Famara, 30 kilometres away. The Jardin de Cactus botanic garden is also 30 kilometres from the hotel. Guacimeta Airport is 12 kilometres from the hotel, with an approximate driving time of 15 minutes.
