Set in the centre of Roquetas de Mar, the Portobello Hotel is located right on the beach of Playa Serena, three kilometres from the historic fort of Castillo de Santa Ana. The 356 air conditioned guestrooms feature contemporary decor in neutral shades with dark wood furniture. All have balconies and include satellite TV, refrigerators and telephones.
Guests can spend relaxing days by the large outdoor pool with its separate children's area and outer rafting pool. There are three restaurants, serving Mediterranean dishes and seafood specialities in bright, modern surroundings, and there is also a lounge bar, poolside bar and a games room. For the health conscious the hotel also has a gym and indoor pool. Room service is available around the clock and the hotel offers a range of conference and seminar facilities. Away from the hotel, it is seven kilometres to the Mario Park water park and 15 kilometres to El Ejido. Almeria Airport is a driving time of 30 minutes and a distance of around 30 kilometres.
