Founded in 1890, the Hotel Urpi is a family run hotel, fully renovated in 2003 and set in the centre of Sabadell, 20 kilometres from the cosmopolitan city centre of Barcelona. With light decor in warm colours, the 130 guestrooms include air conditioning, desks, satellite TV, direct dial phones, safes, Internet access and minibars. Marble bathrooms have hair dryers and makeup mirrors.
Guests can dine on regional specialities in the elegant restaurant, relax over drinks in the hotel bar or order a light meal from the room service menu. The airport train station is a short walk from the terminals, via a covered walkway. There are train services from the airport to the city centre every 30 minutes. There is also an Aerobus service to Pla�a de Catalunya every 12 minutes. From either Sants or Pla�a de Catalunya train station, take the suburban train line 4 to Sabadell (journey time 30 minutes). Taxis are available in front of the airport terminals.
