The Barcelo Costa Vasca is a modernist complex on Ondarreta beachfront, 100 metres from Miramar Palace and two kilometres from the city of San Sebastian. This nine storey hotel features 203 air conditioned guestrooms, all of which include light traditional style decor with dark wood furnishings. All rooms offer satellite television with pay movies, desks with dial up Internet access, direct dial phones, safes and minibars. Bathrooms have hair dryers, makeup mirrors, bidets and scales.
The Barcelo Costa Vasca Restaurant serves Basque and international cuisine and an array of wines in a traditional ambience with white tablecloths. The relaxed Cafeteria serves snacks and refreshments and is open for lunch, while cocktails and drinks are offered in the English style ambience of the Lobby Bar. Driving directions: From the airport head for San Sebastian on the A8, exit at Oeste Ondarreta, then follow Tolosa Avenue, Zumalacarregui Avenue and signs for the hotel. San Sebastian is best explored on foot or by taxi.
