Villa Soro is a converted 19th century villa situated in the centre of San Sebastian within 500 metres of Zurriola Beach and the old town. This two floor hotel features 25 air conditioned guestrooms, all of which have contemporary decor in soft neutral tones with paintings by local artists. All guestrooms have cable television, DVD players, minibars, direct dial phones, safes, and Internet connections. Bathrooms are complete with designer toiletries, bathrobes, slippers, and hair dryers.
Guests can relax with a glass of local Basque wine on the terrace, which is part of a garden that was designed by the French landscape designer Ducasse in 1898. Those that prefer to relax in their rooms can choose light meals or snacks from the room service menu. The meeting room hosts up to 30 persons and weddings or social functions for up to 150 can be catered for. Drivers can take advantage of complimentary garage parking. Multilingual staff at the concierge desk can assist with making restaurant reservations or arranging excursions. Those interested in sightseeing can also use the Internet to plan an itinerary. Local attractions include the caf�s and bars of the old town, 500 metres away, and the Chilida Museum three kilometres away. San Sebastian Airport is 15 kilometres from the hotel, with an approximate driving time of 25 minutes.
