The Hotel Celimar is a modernist 19th century property set right on the seafront in Sitges, 25 metres from the beach and 36 kilometres from Barcelona city centre. This three floor hotel features 25 air conditioned guestrooms, all of which are decorated in light hues of blue or cream with contemporary pine wood furnishings. All include satellite television, phones, wireless Internet connections, safes and bathrooms with robes.

After enjoying a buffet breakfast, guests can relax with a coffee on the hotel's outdoor terrace and take in views of the sea. Wireless Internet access is available throughout the property for those who want to plan sightseeing itineraries or keep in touch with friends and family. Staff at the 24 hour front desk can look after valuable items in the safe deposit box and provide room service (limited hours). Parking can be arranged nearby, and an express check in/out service is available. The hotel's location right on the beach promenade provides guests with plenty of opportunities for enjoying water sports and sea swimming, as well as strolling along the seafront. There are a few museums within 500 metres of the hotel, including the Romantic Museum, which houses a collection of Lola Anglada's antique dolls, and Sitges's shops, restaurants and bars are all within 500 metres. Barcelona Airport is 20 kilometres away, with an approximate driving time of 25 minutes.

The airport train station is a short walk from the terminals, via a covered walkway. Train services operate between the airport and the city centre every 30 minutes. Aerobus services run to Pla�a de Catalunya every 12 minutes. Taxis are available in front of the airport terminals and should cost approximately 50 EUR. The nearest station to the hotel is Sitges, 300 metres away. Train services run directly to Barcelona Sants station every 15 minutes from Sitges, and bus services connect Sitges to the city centre, including a night bus that runs from midnight until 5 AM. Barcelona's integrated bus and metro system provides a cheap and efficient way of getting around the city.
Driving directions: From the Motorway C32, take the city centre exit and head for the seafront, where the hotel is situated. The hotel is also accessible from the C31 coast road and the A7 motorway.
