The Aparthotel Reina in Almeria is a resort style hotel consisting of 326 apartments, set 150 metres from a blue flag beach and seven kilometres from Vera Town. The air conditioned apartments are contemporary in style with light wood fittings and cream tones. All open onto balconies, and include separate lounge areas, kitchenettes with microwaves, refrigerators and cookware, as well as satellite television, direct dial phones, safes, and hair dryers.
The hotel courtyard offers a terraced sunbathing area and a lagoon shaped freshwater swimming pool for cooling off; there is also a large outdoor hot tub. Children have their own swimming area and can join the mini club which offers supervised activities. The hotel offers onsite shopping, as well as a fitness centre complete with gym, sauna, steam room and two hot tubs. Guests can enjoy meals from the international buffet restaurant or informal caf�, and mingle until late at the hotel's nightclub. Business guests enjoy access to meeting and conference rooms with the latest audio visual equipment and drivers can park their cars in the hotel garage. The hotel lies within 700 metres of the beach and Vera's Water Park, while the 18 hole Marina Golf Course is eight kilometres from the hotel. The Cuevas De Sorbas, a series of underground caves 30 kilometres away, are also worth a visit. Almeria Airport is 80 kilometres from the hotel, a drive of around 50 minutes.
